Time for another super-healthy and super-yummy Gluten-Free Vegan Recipe!
This is absolutely one of my favorite dinners! Total comfort food!

Baked Spaghetti
1 box red lentil pasta 1 bag beefless ground 1 onion, chopped 1 jar organic pasta sauce 1/2 t sea salt all-purpose seasoning egg substitute 1/2 c shredded mozzarella vegan cheese 1 package vegan provolone slices 5 T vegan butter, melted 1 container vegan ricotta cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease 9x13 glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according the directions on box. Heat a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir beefless ground and onion until ground warmed through and onion soft and translucent, about 7 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce and add a dash of all-purpose seasoning. Whisk egg substitute, shredded cheese and melted butter in large bowl. Mix in spaghetti to egg mixture and coat. Place half the spaghetti mixture into baking dish. Top with half of ricotta cheese, provolone slices and meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cover with foil. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for additional 20 minutes. --- Adapted from allrecipes.com
