Happy Tuesday sweet friends and welcome to another edition of You've Got This Tuesday where I share wonderful on-writing and publishing tips, tools and tricks so you can take your Author-preneurship to the next level.

Today, let's chat a bit about using Weekends to uplevel your Authorpreneurship...
Think Pineapples Poolside, Your Laptop and New Platforms!

In other words, I use my weekends to learn new things to take my Authorpreneurship to new levels.
The #writinglife = Work Hard + Play Hard
You've got to play to pamper your muses into producing regularly and refill your well, right? But then you've also got to work hard to create something out of nothing. But here's the thing...the beauty and for me, one of the greatest benefits of the writing life, is that you can do both simultaneously!
In other words, you can eat your pineapple poolside while hammering on the keyboard of your laptop learning new platforms for all kinds of things for your self-publishing journey.
This past weekend, for example, I focused on learning Canva and ClickFunnels...
Canva is my new favorite graphic design app/platform for creating all of my memes and basically any kind of promotional image I need.
ClickFunnels is the platform I'm using to build my new website (much more on that coming soon!).
Each weekend, I choose new things to focus on and learn the basics of. And, that's truly my secret for how I always continue to up my self-publishing game.
I really look forward to that time, too. It's a nice break from cranking out new pages in my books or whatever projects I'm writing content for, and it's a terrific way to stretch and build your Authorpreneurship muscles.
What new platforms and programs are you learning? And do you set aside time each week to learn something new? Let us know and perhaps share a few of your faves...
