GFVeganizeit Recipes: Tofu Breakfast Scramble

The GFVegan (Gluten-Free Vegan) Lifestyle is a wonderful way to re-examine the way you care for your body, mind and spirit. And you'll be thrilled by how much your energy increases when you're running on plant proteins instead of animal proteins. Not to mention, you'll be saving so many animal beings. <3
Here's one of my favorite dishes for a delicious GFVegan breakfast:

Tofu Breakfast Scramble 2 T EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) 3 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper (your choice of color - green, red, yellow, or orange), chopped 1/2 bag Gardein Beefless Ground 1 container extra firm tofu 1 t organic turmeric 1 t Bragg's Liquid Aminos 1 t nutritional yeast 1 tomato, chopped (optional) Add EVOO to a large, non-stick skillet and heat up the beefless ground per instructions on the package. Drain water from the tofu and add it to the skillet, mashing it up so that it appears "scrambled." Add the veggies, turmeric and liquid aminos and cook on medium heat until the veggies soften. Take off of the heat and stir in the nutritional yeast. Enjoy!
***It's delicious served on your favorite organic, gluten-free vegan toast or on top of Amy's Sandwich Rounds or in a gluten-free vegan wrap. And I like to add my chopped tomatoes to the top of the yummy pile.
