Sending Love for Orlando: Only Love Heals...

Only Love heals what violence tries to destroy.

Those are the words that came to me this week as I tried to express what I was feeling about the Pulse Nightclub attack in Orlando. Sometimes, it's tough to find the words. And sometimes, like this, there really aren't any to describe the depth of despair we're all feeling.

But one thing I've learned in my spiritual awakening journey is that ONLY LOVE can see us through the dark times of our human experience. And the thing about LOVE is that when you share it, it takes on a life of its own and soothes all souls. LOVE is the one feeling we all truly "get" and understand like no other.

When I put those simple, but powerful words - ONLY LOVE HEALS WHAT VIOLENCE TRIES TO DESTROY - on Facebook and Instagram this past week, over 13,000 of you liked, shared and commented. Why? Because of all things, and all feelings, LOVE resonates with all of us.
